About the Role:
As the COO, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will also represent Rarible, fostering relationships with global enterprise clients and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership: Lead Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams to achieve revenue goals and provide robust support to the business.Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.Strategic Influence: Contribute to strategic product decisions and initiatives that shape the future of Web 3.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Rarible's Enterprise customers, strategic partners, and investor network.
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in executive-level management roles in a tech company2+ years of experience working in a startup environmentStrong operational management skills with a passion for delivering resultsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functionsStrong ownership and result-oriented approach to work

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options, Tokens and performance based variable part with an OTE ranging from $250k- $300k. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
