The position is full-time Tuesday-Friday, 0700-1730, no on-call, no holidays, no weekends.
Pay Range:
$35.10 - $52.65EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN required within two years of hire. Three years of clinical experience in the Operating Room required. One year of progressive management/leadership experience in the Operating Room preferred.
REPORTS TO: Nurse Manager
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in applicable state required. CNOR preferred or required within one year of hire. BCLS required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides leadership to staff to ensure short and long term goals are met by developing standards of performance and capitalizing on employee strengths, supporting the Mission, Vision, Core Values and Evidence-based practice. Assures appropriate orientation, education, credentialing and continuing professional development for personnel.
