Job Description

Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled SQL DBA/SQL Database Architect  for one of our clients

Job Title: SQL DBA/SQL Database Architect 

Job Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time Permanent

Required Skills:SSIS ,SQL,Data Replication ,Partitioning, Performance troubleshooting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, Ph.D.) preferred
• Proven record of leadership in data architecture and database management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts, with extensive experience in relational and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience leading and managing a team of database engineers, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
• Excellent understanding of data governance principles, data security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Solid grasp of data integration techniques and tools, including ETL processes, APIs, and data pipelines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data issues and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to anticipate future data architecture needs and proactively address them
