In this role, you’ll be managing end-to-end mobility processes, ensuring policy compliance and delivering smooth, impactful relocations across the globe.

A Taste of What You’ll be Doing

 

• Global Assignment Coordination: Coordinating international assignments and relocation processes across Europe and AMEA.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Managing day-to-day relationships with tax, immigration, and relocation vendors.
• Compliance & Documentation : Supporting compliance activities including documentation (e.g. A1 forms/Posted worker notifications, work permits).
• Assignee Experience: Acting as a central point of contact for assignees throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Program Insights & Improvements : Running reports to evaluate program effectiveness and recommending process improvements.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, HR, or related field.
• Previous experience in global mobility administration and expatriate taxation.
• English proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility and attention to detail.
• Experience in multinational environments, collaborating internationally and prioritizing customer needs.
