Position Summary:


This position prepares and publishes Preliminary and Final In-line Inspection (ILI) reports and supporting documentation. As well as revising documents and templates to standardize and simplify reports, this position is responsible for adhering to ENTEGRA’s and customer templates and processes to create reports and supporting documents. This position report to the Data Analysis Supervisor and is on-site based at our corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana.


Responsibilities:

  • Safety shall always be the top priority. 
  • Responsible for reporting template content, style, and revision control, including: DQA, Preliminary, Dig Sheets, and Final.  
  • Coordinates the report process, prepares supporting documentation, and works with the Data Analyst Lead to complete reports within required timeline.   
  • Creates, edits, formats, and publishes DQA, Preliminary, Dig Sheet(s) and Final ILI reports for client delivery (digital and hard copies). 
  • Proofreads all reports before delivering to Data Analyst Lead and Client ensuring the quality reports are delivered.  
  • Ensure reports and supporting documentation comply with all internal and external standards, regulations, and customer requirements. 
  • Prepares, edits, and reviews supporting documentation, including client and project-specific documents. 
  • Responsible for compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
  • Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Writing Certificate, or related field experience preferred.
  • 2 years technical writing experience, preferably in NDT\Integrity Management industries. 
  • Advanced knowledge Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, etc.  
  • Knowledge of oil and gas industry preferred.  
  • Experience in developing report templates, process flow for high volume report creation, and management of high-volume custom report creation.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
