Customer Sales Specialist

Join our dynamic team as an Customer Sales Specialist at our Lehi, UT Location, you are essential to our daily operations. Each day, you happily greet, interact with, and assist customers. You proactively educate them on our services, pricing, and special offers, making recommendations and up-selling passes. You carefully prepare vehicles by identifying areas that may be difficult for our equipment to access. The safety of our customers is your top priority as you direct drivers into the car wash tunnel. You become well versed in any special circumstances based on different vehicle make and models. You love that you get to work outside as well as interact with your team members and customers each day!

Duties And Responsibilities: 

• Provide high quality customer service
• Happily greet and interact with customers
• Provide customers with information on available services and pricing
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding daily site performance goals
• Assist customers at the pay station
• Process and collect payment
• Set up accounts
• Provide information and answer questions. Direct drivers
• Provide instructions to the drivers. Perform cleaning tasks to maintain site cleanliness
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Inspect vehicles for mud, ice, and loose items in truck beds
• Notify management of any items that require repair or troubleshooting
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Happy to educate customers on our products and services, upselling where appropriate
• Moderate knowledge of car wash or customer service principles

Physical Demands: 

• While performing the duties of this active job, the employee may be required have prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be physically able to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, and perform repetitive motions to repair or install equipment
• Employee must have the ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 25 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, ability to adjust focus, and see variations in color
• Employee must be comfortable to climb and work from ladders
