We're looking for a Senior Technical Talent Partner to help scale Webflow's, Engineering, Product, and Design organization. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across multiple teams, bringing a strategic, data-informed approach to hiring at scale and solving problems with minimal guidance. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the broader Talent and People team — including Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards — to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent, adapting quickly and pivoting direction to support the business as it evolves.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $129,000-$155,000
- Zone B: $121,000- $146,000
- Zone C: $113,000-$136,000
- Canada (figures cited are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada):
- 149,000-169,000
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and act as a trusted advisor in designing and executing effective hiring strategies.
- Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across product, design, and engineering teams using strategic outreach measured by data.
- Champion the candidate experience by ensuring clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback throughout every stage of the process.
- Work cross-functionally across the broader Talent and People team — including Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards — on initiatives that strengthen our overall function: interviewer training, employer branding, sourcing strategy, and recruiting analytics.
- Work effectively across borders and markets, comfortable learning the nuances of different geographies and adjusting your approach and strategy to maintain high close rates regardless of location.
About you:
Requirements:
- Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong record of hiring across Product and Engineering organizations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent across roles such as Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design.
- Prior experience recruiting across international or global markets is a plus.
