Target base salary range for this position is $115,000-$120,000 annually.
Role overview
The Senior Manager of Direct Mail Marketing will own member marketing direct mail strategy and execution across multiple business units. This role will report to the Director of Member Engagement. They will be focused on driving revenue growth through account activations and targeted member engagement with our services. They will work closely with Creative, Data, and Customer Success teams to maximize channel performance.
A day in the life…
Own the strategy and execution of direct mail campaigns focused on new customer acquisition and member engagement across business units representing multiple services.
Lead development and optimization of targeting methodologies (data modeling, segmentation techniques, etc.), innovative creative design, and campaign execution.
Work closely with the Member Marketing, Creative & Design, Customer Success, and Data teams to drive strategic vision and growth plans.
Conduct thorough QC to ensure campaigns are executed on-time and error-free.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance to plan. Provide data-driven analysis of initiatives, using data to guide future optimizations of all elements of our mail programs.
Understand complexities and nuances of distinct business units’ services and audiences.
Optimize processes to maximize efficiency while maintaining advanced personalization and client satisfaction.
Own and maintain channel budget to reflect performance. Identify areas of potential growth for additional spend and revenue. Develop forecasting models to accurately predict spend and conversions.
What we are looking for…
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related discipline preferred but not required.
7+ years of proven success managing Direct to Consumer (D2C) Direct Mail Marketing strategy and execution. Demonstrated expertise leveraging direct mail and/or other offline channels to bring in new customers and drive desired behavior at scale.
A passion for data. Hands-on experience with budgeting, reporting, A/B testing, and forecasting. Proven experience taking raw data and creating compelling, data-driven strategies to increase growth and reduce CAC. Experience with tools like Tableau or Looker a plus, but not required.
In-depth knowledge of direct mail marketing tools, platforms, and processes. Ability to optimize campaign processes to minimize errors and maximize efficient performance. Experience directly managing vendor relationships. Bonus points for past vendor selection experience.
Knowledge of US mail regulations and compliance standards.
Creative vision and an ability to collaborate effectively with partners on Content & Design.
A growth-driven, high-energy, self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills and a track record of effectively persuading key stakeholders. A creative problem solver capable of navigating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapting to changing schedules and priorities.
Exceptional project management and attention to detail. Someone who is thorough in their QA with excellent organizational skills. Persistent in problem-solving and relentless in execution.
Hiring Range
$126260-$149020Annual
Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
