This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex projects, proactively mitigating risks, and aligning cross-functional teams toward delivery goals. Experience or familiarity with DevOps practices is preferred. <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Plan, execute, and complete multiple technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget.</li><li>Oversee project tracking, team coordination, and delivery of engineering and infrastructure initiatives.</li><li>Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; act proactively to resolve blockers and resource contentions.</li><li>Lead stakeholder communication by providing transparent and structured updates on objectives, timelines, risks, and critical issues.</li><li>Drive collaboration across cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of priorities.</li><li>Manage and document changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using standardized change control practices.</li><li>Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation (plans, risks, decisions, retrospectives).</li><li>Champion continuous improvement in project execution, workflow, and communication processes within the tech organization.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li><b>3+ years</b> of experience in <b>technical project management</b>, ideally in complex infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE-related domains.</li><li>Technical background (e.g., software development, systems engineering, or cloud architecture).</li><li>Proven experience in managing <b>multiple concurrent tech projects</b> with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent <b>risk and dependency management skills</b>; ability to foresee blockers and proactively resolve them.</li><li>Experience in using tools like <b>JIRA </b>and<b> Confluence.</b></li><li>Exceptional verbal and written <b>communication skills</b>; ability to translate technical complexity into business context.</li><li>Experience managing <b>change control</b> and <b>scope negotiation</b> in agile environments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality <b>project documentation</b> and stakeholder updates.</li></ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of <b>SRE</b>/<b>DevOps</b> practices, incident management, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS).</li><li>Experience working in <b>scale-up or high-growth fintech </b>or<b> trading platforms</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>ITIL, Agile, Kanban.</b></li><li>Experience managing <b>projects in regulated environments</b> (e.g., financial services).</li></ul><b>What you will get in return:</b><br/><span>• </span><b>Competitive Salary:</b><span> We believe great work deserves great pay!
