This role is central to our mission of delivering a seamless, secure, and reliable ticketing experience for millions of fans worldwide. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in ecommerce payments and fraud prevention, who can balance operational excellence with forward-looking strategy. You'll partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams to drive resiliency, efficiency, and growth. To be successful, the Vice President, Global Fraud Prevention must act as a key cross-functional partner, leveraging deep domain expertise to guide a large, always-on ticketing organization. This includes clearly communicating performance and strategic priorities to the executive team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the global payments and fraud prevention strategy for AXS, shaping product roadmap priorities and informing key commercial decisions.</li> <li>Oversee the payment and fraud costs, driving and executing a data strategy that delivers actionable insights into all financial aspects of these functions</li> <li>Position Payments and Fraud Prevention as growth drivers rather than cost centers, servicing as a thought leader on new initiatives and optimizations, while partnering closely with the AXS Sponsorship team to explore and execute strategic partnerships</li> <li>Lead the overall administration of payment-related accounts across all payment providers, including access controls, permissions, configuration oversight, and ongoing account maintenance</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of AXS’ infrastructure, data, and business complexities to maximize team performance, optimize KPIs, and champion improvements in efficiency and automation</li> <li>Continuously improve core payments and fraud performance m
