Graphics Designer (Junior)

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a Graphics Designer (Junior) to potentially join our team in Langley AFB, VA.This position will be responsible for preparing high level graphic arts designs and develops integrated text/graphic layouts as directed for the ACC A2.
*** Position expected to begin in December 2023 or January 2024 ***

What you will be doing:

• Develop the design, graphic presentation and production of various technical and non-technical illustrations, forms, manuals, brochures, and literature such as: Directorate mission briefings, briefings for distinguished visitors to the unit, the director’s briefings to senior Air Force officers and members of Congress, Directorate capabilities brochures and “advertising” layouts for specific directorate capabilities and product lines.
• Frequently required to create new designs and work from rough draft concepts for these briefing, brochures, internal publications and other materials.
• Work collaboratively with analysts to understand requirements and further enhance/convey analytic thoughts and assessments by developing graphic and layout solutions.
• Provide graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products including, but not limited to, developing illustrations, editing existing images, providing font management, and utilizing advanced prepublications techniques.
• Use Government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, and interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content.
• Integrate graphics with text, audio and video to support interactive and multimedia high visibility finished intelligence products.
• Produce dynamic content IAW IC published standards (i.e., D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments.
• Provide user experience/user interface expertise for development of interactive graphics and web products.

What you will need:

• Proficiency in professional graphics and design software to include, but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere, and Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, and Apple Mac hardware platforms, Map Publisher, MS
• TS/SCI Security Clearance.
