Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams, compile medical histories, and implement treatment plans for both new and established patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies to ensure accurate and timely care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and the road to recovery.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care in coordination with supervising physicians.
- Participate in surgical procedures and provide intraoperative care in the OR as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records while ensuring compliance with practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
- Perform procedures and assessments with precision and professionalism, ensuring continuity of care.
What You Bring to the Team:
Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner program.
BLS certification and commitment to maintaining CEUs in clinical practice.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic or related fields (highly desired), though new graduates with a passion for orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, customer service, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, respond effectively in emergency situations, and maintain professionalism at all times.
