Summary
The Senior Program Manager (PM) oversees the execution of highly complex, enterprise-wide digital platform programs—including cost, schedule, and scope/technical performance- spanning Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, etc. This role leads the rollout and integration of the Oracle Fusion Cloud GovCloud platform across multiple business units, ensuring end-to-end business process alignment and system adoption.
The Senior PM manages the full program life cycle; provides leadership across cross-functional teams; and ensures successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation efforts. Acting as the central point of accountability, the Senior PM serves as the primary interface to internal and external stakeholders, including system integrators, onshore and offshore consulting business partners, enterprise application teams, business leaders, executive sponsors, and end users.
This position also mentors other Program Managers and contributes to building enterprise program delivery maturity.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud GovCloud across multiple business units, including new acquisitions.
- Ensure platform capabilities support integrated business processes across Finance, Contracts, Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, etc.
- Drive enterprise architecture alignment, ensuring solutions support both business scalability and operational excellence.
- Manage large, complex digital transformation programs, coordinating large cross-functional project resources, SI partners, and onshore/offshore teams.
- Apply disciplined project management practices to deliver initiatives within defined scope, budget, and timeline, leveraging standard PM methodologies (e.g., risk, issue, and resource management) and tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and Microsoft Project/Teams to plan, track, and report project performance.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, interdependencies, critical paths, and enterprise-wide release strategies.
- Lead integration efforts across CLM, FMS, ERP, PLM, MES, SCM, and other enterprise systems to support seamless end-to-end business processes and ensure continuity from contract award through customer delivery.
- Establish enterprise governance structures including steering committees, sponsor alignment, and issue escalation paths.
- Build executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and program health reports to communicate progress and enable informed decision-making.
- Drive proactive risk management across scope, timeline, security, compliance, and business readiness.
- Oversee multiple system integrators, managed service providers, and technology partners.
- Lead SOW creation, contract negotiations, fixed-price deliverables, and vendor performance accountability.
- Partner with OCM leads to drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups—finance, engineering, supply chain, operations, program management, HR, and leadership teams.
- Lead cutover planning, UAT, training readiness, data migration governance, and hypercare stabilization.
- Drive continuous optimization for business performance—financial close cycles, contract flow-down accuracy, procurement efficiency, engineering change control, supply chain planning, and operational throughput.
- Establish enterprise-wide standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for digital delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 12–15 years of Program Management experience, including leadership of complex, enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading programs involving full-suite enterprise applications such as ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, Quality, HRIS, etc.
- Proven success in delivering large, multi-year digital programs with cross-functional scope and high visibility.
- Experience managing firm fixed price programs and developing comprehensive risk management and mitigation plans.
- Strong knowledge of PM methods, tools, processes, and enterprise-level program governance.<
