Position Summary:

 

Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) is a global leader in Health and Wellness with leading positions across Consumer and Medical Nutrition categories. The U.S. Business is seeking a Sr. Long-Term Business Strategy Specialist to play a key role in identifying, organizing, and executing the financial and strategic priorities of the business. NHSc has recently completed several acquisitions, expanding its portfolio of brands and solidifying its position as a top player in the U.S. As the Sr. Specialist of Long-Term Business Strategy, you will have a critical role in partnering with the Directors and Vice President of strategy in consolidating and building critical presentations while also playing a key role in organizing and consolidating KPIs linked to value capture initiatives. 

 

​​​This position will be a hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate compilation of critical presentations led by VP, Corporate Strategy and/or Directors including but not limited to business cycle presentations, CEO presentations, etc.
• Analyze complex data sets and distill key insights to create impactful presentations.
• Develop and maintain a library of templates, graphics, and visual assets to enhance the quality and efficiency of presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all communication materials.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence of presentations
• Coordinate compilation of KPIs and financials tied to OMP and other strategic initiatives for dashboarding purposes
• Regularly provide updates to Director and VP on aligned KPIs

 

Experience and Education Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from an accredited institution required.
• Experience building & consolidating presentations, and data sets for senior leaders
• Ability to successfully lead complex, strategic project work
• Excellent communication skills with ability to write, share, present ideas articulately and convincingly
• Consulting or Strategy experienced a plus
• Preferred candidates will have an existing portfolio to share or demonstrate equivalent experience

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong ability to create visually appealing and effective presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
