People Operations Manager

We're seeking a passionate and strategic People Operations Manager to join our team and elevate our employee experience. As a key partner on the People Team, you'll collaborate to develop and implement impactful people programs, policies, and practices that attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Core Responsibilites:

• Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salary, bonuses, and stock options.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
• Partner with leadership to implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Managed payroll and benefits administration, partnering with our Vendor, TriNet


• Employee Development and Culture: Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive transition for new hires.
• Oversee performance management systems, including setting goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and skill acquisition.
• Design and execute initiatives to build a productive and engaging company culture.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.


• Data and Analytics: Track and analyze people's data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Use data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people programs.
• Stay current on HR technology and tools to optimize processes continuously.

Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, with a proven track record of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with people at all levels.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Passion for creating a productive and empowering work environment.

Bonus Points:
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-intensity start-up environment.
• Expertise in specific HR areas, such as onboarding, performance management, or compensation and benefits.
• Experience with BambooHR, Lever, & Trinet
