This position provides floor oversight within Fulfillment operations to ensure orders are processed to meet departmental standards and goals. Provides input on staffing levels, manages documented procedures, and works with the management team on departmental improvements. Requires working through the afternoon/night shift, weekends, and extended shifts when needed.

 

What you will do:

• Supervises Fulfillment associates (picking, packing, loader) and Includes maintaining SOP compliance,  training and development of team members including leads.
• Monitors product and supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained for order volumes. Partners with Inventory Specialist and receiving team on location issues.
• Monitors general processing operations for quality of picking, packing and shipment of all orders.
• Completes special projects as assigned by management.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.

What you will bring:

• Warehouse production experience. 
• Familiarity with Eclipse.
• Detail oriented with good organizational, writing, and documentation skills.
• Strong management, communication, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated PC Skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Able to work flexible and extended workdays based on business needs.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.

Shift: This shift starts at 2pm

 

Location: This role is based on site in Fullerton, CA

 

Salary Range: This exempt position pays between $60,700.00 – $70,833.00. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
