About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, take-charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence team. In this cross functional position, you will be an important contributor supporting the Endoscopy Commercial Team.  The role includes a variety of responsibilities including strategic analysis, pricing strategy, deal development and process innovation through technology.  A key focus for this role will be to enable the success of our national contracting team and strategy.  Additionally, this job requires excellent cross functional coordination with internal departments, including Marketing, Finance and IT.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales organization on deal design, business planning and analytics
• Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business function
• Manage complex national/regional RFPs, including financial modeling/analytics
• Identify and support implementation of best practices, processes and tools to ensure effective workflow, consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximizes sales support execution, quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
• Ad hoc support for various project teams to drive sales, improvements or cost savings.
• Assist with development and training of other analysts
• Effectively and comfortably participate in meetings with Senior Management teams
• Participate in all team functions and initiatives. Actively support a positive, collaborative & inclusive team culture.

What we’re looking for in you:

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Minium 5 years of experience in a sales or business support role
• Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail & ability to translate business needs into digestible solutions
• Technical Acumen Development: Advanced technology skills: MS Office Suite, Tableau or Power BI, Salesforce, basics in programming languages like Python and SQL.
• Research and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay current with the latest advancements in AI and apply innovative solutions to real-world problems.
• Data Handling: Expertise in data preprocessing, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment  
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
