We are currently seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to support the successful delivery of our new project, Britton Park, in Hilliard, OH.
In this role, you will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to help coordinate daily on-site activities, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure work is completed safely and according to plans and specifications. You’ll play a key role in maintaining project schedules, site organization, and overall quality control.

Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day on-site operations, identifying and addressing obstacles to maintain project schedules and productivity.

Assist with supervising subcontractors, ensuring work is aligned with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Serve as a field liaison, helping to coordinate between engineering, subcontractors, and project management.

Contribute to project planning efforts, including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.

Monitor safety, quality, and compliance across assigned trade areas.

Communicate field updates, potential delays, or construction challenges to leadership, and help drive timely solutions.

Provide support for inspections, permitting, and other compliance-related activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and documentation.
Qualifications:

Experience using construction management software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to proactively solve problems and resolve field conflicts.

Experience assisting with subcontractor buyouts and scope preparation.

Demonstrated ability to support projects that meet or exceed schedule expectations.

Relevant construction experience in multifamily, senior living, or high-rise projects.

Hands-on construction experience and a willingness to perform physical labor when needed.
