About the role

Paradigm is currently in search of a Project Coordinator to help support our client, a global provider of legal services. In this role, you will support Project Managers in project execution in the Client Services department and ensures consistently superior client service standards in all client interactions. Client interactions are defined as verbal and written communications, problem resolutions, consulting, budget management and project execution.

Type: 1 year contract

Location: Remote, United States

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Act as back-up to Project Manager, continually meet project requirements (kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication, and coordinates with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards.
  • Participate in the development, and implementation of a set of standards by which all client service staff operate to create a best in practice culture that allows for similar level of service regardless of the project staff assigned.
  • Research claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, and/or other operational departments, research process issues and effectively communicate with project teams and other operational departments.
  • Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance, draft claimant letters, draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments.
  • Work with the Project Managers of Client Services as well as other operational departments to continually enhance service quality standards to meet and/or exceed client expectations.
  • Be responsible for fostering a team environment and building cooperation between client services team members, and other departments to provide the highest quality service standards.

  • Identify problems and causes or analyzing how processes and procedures could be improved, collecting relevant information and identifying possible solutions.
  • Will be entering tickets for all parties involved.
  • Will be finding claimants to if sent a notice, if they were sent a claim and if it was cashed.
  • Will be using the SRS ticketing system for Class Action.
  • Will be fielding questions from the call center.

Requirements

Our experience, and skills, wish list includes:

  • 1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, preferably in the legal field, for a service industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Distinguishing features for a Senior, Project Coordinator
  • In addition to those listed above, may include 2+ additional years of work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment, preferably in the legal field, for a service industry.
  • Needs to be familiar with reporting and analyzing the reports as will be sending reporting to clients.
  • Must be proficient in Access (querying reports)
