Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to utilizing various data sources to design and develop reports that meet required formats or expected standards and follow a reporting cadence. In this role, you will verify reports to ensure information is accurate and descriptive of the data, and that they fulfill the business need.

The Enterprise Operational Risk - Reporting - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Develop reporting timelines and requirements.
• Gather and analyze data and information for reports to be presented to internal and/or external stakeholders.
• Design or produce reports using information gathered.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure that reports meet the business or regulatory need.
• Review reports for accuracy and timeliness, provide insightful analysis, and explain reporting results.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience

• 2 years relevant experience

Desired Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, and customers; and building relationship networks
• Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
• Strong communication skills
• Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
