Project Manager, Human Potential Network

The Human Potential Network (HPN) is a growing community of employers, talent providers, and workforce innovators working together to reimagine hiring, workforce development, and talent advancement at scale. Through employer collaboration, strategic partnerships, activations, thought leadership, and the annual Human Potential Summit, HPN helps organizations unlock human potential and drive meaningful workforce transformation.  
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a key operational leader responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HPN initiatives. This role will help drive alignment across partners, employers, and internal teams while building the systems, processes, and accountability needed to scale the Network and deliver measurable outcomes.  
The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and skilled at managing complex, cross-functional work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
The role will be based in-person in the Ballston, VA office.
