You are an active member of the People Operations team, working closely with the entire HR department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>collaborating with the HR team to support new strategies, policies, and goals</li> <li>representing as the point of contact to employees for all HR-related matters </li> <li>partnering with the People Team to execute employee onboarding and offboarding</li> <li>overseeing employee benefits and payroll; upholding management regulations and legal compliances  </li> <li>keeping up with the latest employment laws, regulations, and industry trends</li> <li>handling employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors; advising through complex and/or sensitive matters </li> <li>fostering a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <p>To succeed in this role you:</p> <ul> <li>hold a Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Human Resources etc.)</li> <li>have 2+  years of relevant work experience in People Operations, Human Resource Management</li> <li>have a clear understanding of German labor law, HRIS, and payroll systems; experience with US/UK payroll systems is a plus</li> <li>are familiar with HR management tools such as Personio</li> <li>enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li> <li><strong>fluency in German and English required</strong></li> </ul> <p><br/><strong>About Razor Group</strong></p> <p>We are revolutionizing the e-commerce world, reaching over $1 billion in value and over $700 million in revenue, with the backing of top investors like Black Rock, VPC, and Fortress, Apollo, 468 Capital, Rocket Internet.
