The Lead Maintenance Technician troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Pay: $55-63k/annual
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred
• One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve operational service requests that are logged through the Service desk/FMIS. Where necessary, the Handyman coordinates with other parties and ensures end-to-end delivery of service requests.
- Guide third parties on-site, coordinate activities of various third parties on-site, perform controls on deliveries, perform controls on work performed by third parties on-site and provide customer with relevant feedback.
- Act on EH&S messages/notifications and act in accordance with the agreed protocols at the site.
- Perform small maintenance on and within the site (e.g. small maintenance and first line repairs regarding building related malfunctions, small repairs and alterations on furniture, inventory, machines, computer lines, electrical panels, card readers and locks).
- Perform first line plumbing activities (e.g. regularly check and repair plumbing systems, fixtures as faucets, drinking fountains, water heaters, water closets, urinals, water regulators and pressure valves, as well as check and repair boilers and boiler piping).
- Perform basic carpentry activities (e.g. carpentry and trim and finish work, frame walls, (office)doors and windows, support in building or remodeling offices, replacement of doors and windows, build or assemble cabinets, shelving and furniture).
- Ensure a representative, clean and tidy work environment and where necessary support with (extra) cleaning activities, trash removal, snow and ice control, etc.
- Provide support with conference room set-up, including set-up of furniture, technical support for AV-supplies, problems with smartboards/whiteboards, etc.
- Furniture assembly.
- Order and manage stock, such as purchasing necessary materials for small maintenance and repairs, purchasing of water and tea, stationery and other items.
- Clean soiling from interior, painted surfaces or wall coverings and perform small interior painting jobs and touch ups, as well as wall covering if deemed necessary. In case of larger service requests (e.g. a whole floor requires painting), the Service Provider collaborates with the Hard Services Provider on-site.
- Maintain the condition of communication items (like signage/routing), presentation equipment (whiteboards) and repair them when needed.
- If applicable refill paper in printers and/or replace toners.
- Take care of indoor plants and ensure these are in healthy condition. It is not allowed to use any pesticides. The Service Provider is responsible for replacement and renewal of the plants and pots.
- Other FM related works, such as cabinet key management, distribution of post, support of internal events, etc.
- Coordination of repairs to service providers, contractors, project leads, etc.
- Maintaining daily logs
- Reading gauges on various different pieces of equipment
- Managing inventory level of misc. items
- Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing and providing required written and electronic information (for example, expense vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs); conducting price comparison of parts and travel related costs; ordering parts and replacement equipment and tracking orders; recording purchases and usage; submitting warranty claims; complying with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines; ensuring quality work is completed that complies with federal, state, and local regulations; ensuring contractors follow Walmart quality standards, safety requiremen
