In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise and hands-on support to engineering projects and production processes, contributing to Honeywell’s commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

  • Support manufacturing engineering projects by conducting tests, collecting data, and analyzing results to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture/tooling design, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
  • Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools, manufacturing equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam
  • Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Advanced technical degrees or certifications in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
