With more than 120 Occupational Therapists across Australia, you’ll be joining a large, collaborative, and highly skilled network where your advanced practice and leadership capabilities can thrive.</p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role across service delivery, clinical excellence, and team capability building. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Functional Capacity Assessments</li><li>Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (including complex cases)</li><li>Sensory and emotional regulation assessments</li><li>Environmental risk assessments</li><li>Therapy-based intervention and skills development</li><li>Providing clinical guidance, mentoring, and support to early-career clinicians</li></ul><p>You will work across clinic, home, school, and community settings—ensuring variety and meaningful impact in your day-to-day role.</p><h2><strong>A Work–Life Balance You Will Appreciate</strong></h2><p>We understand that senior clinicians balance leadership, client work, families, and commitments outside the workplace.
