Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Operations Compliance Focal to support the OKC Site Operations Compliance Team in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Boeing OKC Operations Compliance Focal works with the Boeing Oklahoma City Site Compliance and Lab Operations Senior Manager to ensure that the labs, functions and individuals at the Boeing Oklahoma City site are in compliance to the Site BPGs, Policies, Processes and Procedures related to Lab Operations.  This individual shall have Lab familiarity and understanding of the compliance requirements for labs, as well as an ability to navigate and understand Command Media. This individual will be responsible for knowing compliance requirements needed in labs and work with Lab Managers to communicate requirements to individuals prior to access as well as following up to ensure compliance.  This individual is detail oriented, very familiar with Enterprise (and Site) compliance requirements, is a good communicator and works well with both Individual Contributors as well as Management.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools for internal or external customers

• Conducts assessments of compliance processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Analyzes and interprets data
• Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
• Works under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a lab and/or production environment
• 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
• 3+ year of experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, and coordinating resolution of issues

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience managing compliant laboratory operations

• Experience implementing safety improvements in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Implementation
• Experience in a highly regulated environment (compliance)

Summary pay range: $86,700– $117,300 USD
