Summary

We are looking for a “Team Assistant in Radar Systems Engineering (f/m/d)” for the “Radar Systems Engineering” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Radar Systems Engineering department is responsible for the development of radars for civil and military use. We are looking for a dedicated team assistant to strengthen our Radar Engineering team.

Your Tasks

• Support with management activities in day-to-day business

• Schedule coordination and monitoring

• Organization of business trips, workshops, events in the departments

• Ensuring tool-based procurement and purchasing processes

• Supervision / support of employees in the departments

• Promoting IT/tool-related innovations and communicating them to all relevant colleagues

• Independent processing of recurring and “ad-hoc” special tasks

Your Profile

• Completed training with intersection to activities in the secretariat - assistance (office communication clerk)

• Professional experience and interest in organizational topics, IT tool landscape (Office, SAP)

• Eloquent appearance, social skills and communication skills

• Suggestions for daily and process organization in the secretariat are welcome

• Sociability and networking with others are a strength

• Good knowledge of German and English
