What You'll Be Doing

• Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load materials into railcars
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Monitor product quality and ensure accurate documentation of loadout activities
• Communicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading schedules
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Must meet all site-specific safety and operational requirements

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas
