What You'll Be Doing
- Operate rail loadout systems to safely and efficiently load materials into railcars
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Monitor product quality and ensure accurate documentation of loadout activities
- Communicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading schedules
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Must meet all site-specific safety and operational requirements
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas
