Job Description:

   

The Senior HR Business Partner is a member of the WW HPE Operations Business HR team, supporting the Support Services Delivery (SSD) organization, an L2 organization of approximately 6.000 team members. The Senior HR Business Partner is a global role, who directly supports VPs at the L3 level of the SSD organization, as well as HR projects at the SSD and pan-HPE Operations level.

The role reports directly to the WW HR Director of Support Services Delivery organization.

The Senior HRBP drives the people strategy and organizational design and the process of transformation, talent management, and workforce planning. Leads change initiatives and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives. Aligns performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce desired behaviors. Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures. The Senior HRBP collaborates with the business leaders to translate and align business imperatives to talent strategies and acts as a consultant and partner to help them navigate complex people-related issues.

Job responsibilities:

  • Applies emotional intelligence to establish and maintain relationships with top management, driving the execution of HR and business objectives.
  • Applies data interpretation and analysis to understand business and organizational challenges and to design solutions.
  • Understands change management concepts and organizational objectives needed to drive and execute transformation and talent priorities.
  • Leads HR programs and processes within the business or function.
  • Assesses HR implications of the business strategy, identifies opportunities and uses the industry and market mindset to further meet business needs and designs solutions.
  • Represents the business or functional organization to the rest of the HR community.
  • Collaborates on design of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective.
  • Evaluates proposed HR programs to determine organization-wide viability.
  • Acts as a business leader inside the organization to support and lead large-scale transformation efforts.
  • Champions agile ways of working to develop and deploy business solutions.
  • Develops and evolves talent solutions based on business objectives.
  • Coaches senior leadership to drive engagement within the business or function.

  • Adequate program success criteria, performance measurement goals and metrics
  • Maintains strong business ties with client organization executives
  • HPE Operations Support Services Delivery People strategy in place
  • Communication and alignment with senior leadership

  • Strengthening people leader effectiveness
  • Relevant content always up-to-date and accessible for the respective employee groups

Education and professional experience:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or related field is preferred.
  • Typically, 7+ years of HR experience, with significant consulting exposure.
  • Demonstrated experience driving organizational change initiatives, developing workforce plans, and influencing business managers.
  • Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is required.
  • Highly skilled in partnering with leadership to formulate strategic business goals.
  • Proficiency in cross-disciplinary aspects such as org design, workforce planning, and change management.
