Regional Construction Superintendent

As a Regional Construction Superintendent, you will take charge of the construction phase, ensuring excellence in execution, safety, and quality. You will oversee General Contracting projects, directly managing subcontractors, coordinating civil operations, and leading synthetic turf installations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to maintain smooth operations and foster strong client and contractor relationships.

What You’ll Do:

·       Directly manage subcontractors and oversee onsite operations including synthetic surfacing installations for sports facilities.

·       Act as the on-site superintendent, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

·       Verify site conditions, compliance with plans, permits, and construction regulations.

·       Maintain project schedules, mobilization sequences, and work plans.

·       Ensure timely delivery and proper staging of materials and equipment.

·       Monitor project scope changes, identifying cost-saving opportunities and additional revenue potential.

·       Provide real-time progress reports to internal teams and stakeholders.

·       Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and adherence to local regulations.

·       Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and sales teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

·       Review and approve subcontractor invoices, assisting in billing and change order management.

·       Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, owner training (if applicable), and handoff of maintenance guidelines.

What You Bring:

·       5+ years of experience in vertical & civil construction, with a track record of successfully managing $10M+ projects.

·       Strong knowledge of sports field construction, civil sitework, and general contracting.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project Scheduling, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore preferred.

·       Ability to lead, coordinate teams, and maintain accountability on-site.

·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
