As an Early Careers Recruiting Lead in Technology, Data and Product, you will develop and lead recruiting strategies for entry level talent who have acquired foundational skills through various educational paths, including but not limited to universities, bootcamps, workforce development programs, or community colleges. You will be responsible for a team of recruiters who will identify and screen prospective candidates for consideration. You will partner with key stakeholders including sourcers, program managers and hiring managers and will regularly leverage internal and external sources of data to support decision making.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Technology recruiters
- Develop and execute diversity hiring initiatives
- Take primary responsibility for ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
- Represent the firm at diversity conferences, third party events (e.g., technology bootcamp event) and JPMorganChase events by presenting on career opportunities
- Ensure teams are consistent in interview structure and evaluation of candidates
- Maintain a strong risk and controls environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including program management, human resource functional partners, hiring managers, and senior executives
- Monitor and analyze the success of recruiting strategies, using data to drive decision making
- Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to inform recruitment and hiring decisions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of early careers experience
- Ability to develop creative and diverse sourcing strategies including use of technology and market mapping
- Solid project management and reporting skills with ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter who can work with minimal oversight and with a high sense of urgency
- Proficient in management, analysis and communication of data using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build cross-functional relationships
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Impeccable attention to detail; tenacity and adeptness in problem-solving and identifying solutions; superior, constant sense of organization and prioritization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience of partnering with senior executives
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience working with Handshake, Yello and Oracle preferred
