Digital Platform Enablement Lead (Cleared)

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) seeks an experienced Sr. Digital Platform Enablement Lead to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions, including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

• Drives digital transformation throughout the EDAT TO. Develops and implements strategies to enable digital platforms that support SIE / Operator requirements and enhance user experiences.
• Oversees digital platform services' development, automation, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• SIE Digital Platform services are core enterprise services, tooling, and automation required to improve security, performance, quality, and performance to enable the modernization of the SIE Enterprise.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, innovation, and operations engineering, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital platforms with SIE requirements.
• Identifies and implements innovative technologies and practices to improve platform capabilities and performance.
• Monitors the performance of digital platforms, using analytics and feedback to make data-driven improvements and remain responsive to operator requirements.
• Participates in Strategic Planning to ensure platforms exceed customer expectations for future state requirements.
• Enhances the user experience by ensuring digital platforms are user-friendly and meet the needs of the SIE and operators.
• Provide materials for training and support to the training team(s) using the digital platforms, ensuring they are effectively utilized.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

Requirements

• Senior level: 10 years of experience and an MA/MS degree.

• Substitutions for education:

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree
• 12 years of work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work with teams but is self-motivated to complete projects independently.
• Ability to work entirely on-site with minimal accommodation
• Understanding of DoDAFv2 Architecture and associated tools

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have, at a minimum, active DOD Top Secret
