Overview

Logistics Analyst, Junior:

 

Bowhead is looking for a Junior Logistics Analyst to support its customer at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The Junior Logistics Analyst will help support development of integrated product support plans and strategies in order to achieve acquisition and sustainment milestones. Identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistic and product support requirements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term planning goals. Assists in development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure accuracy, quality, and clarity of subject matter for broad audiences. Maintains knowledge management database which includes training, logistics policy updates, and all standard operating procedures. Assist with development and maintenance of data analytics/visualization projects.

 

Responsibilities

• Knowledge management and visualizations
• Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP) and all appendices
• Acquisition Strategies
• Support for most or all integrated product support elements (e.g. most or all of the logistics elements (i.e. maintenance planning: manpower and personnel; supply support; support and test equipment; training and training devices; technical data; computer resources support; and packaging, handling, storage ,transportation, and facilities)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 6+ months of relevant experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Power BI, Planner)
• Analytical skills
• Process Oriented
• Collaborative and Team Oriented

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
