Senior Human Resources Information Technology Analyst

What You’ll Do
As a Senior HR Information Technology Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our Oracle HCM platform—leading configurations, implementations, and optimization initiatives. You’ll partner across HR, IT, and the business to harness the power of data, automation, and emerging tech to streamline and elevate the employee lifecycle.
This position is located in Columbus, OH and candidates must be in office 2 to 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Oracle HCM modules, including documentation, data uploads (HDL/HSDL), testing, and user training.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades, partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Drive digital transformation through innovative use of AI and emerging tools.
- Support integrations, reporting (OTBI & BI Publisher), and analytics to uncover actionable insights.
- Mentor junior analysts and serve as a go-to expert on HRIS best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in HRIS, HR, or Information Systems—Oracle HCM, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred.
- Solid experience in system configuration and technical implementation.
- Advanced Excel and/or SQL skills; exposure to AI tools and change management methodologies a big plus.
- Confident communicator with strong analytical and project leadership skills.
- A self-starter who thrives on innovation and solving complex HR challenges
