Location: The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA
Pay: $21-$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Support language development and social-emotional growth
- Implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Assist with classroom routines, meals, and transitions
- Maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment
- Partner with families and fellow educators
- EEC Teacher Certification preferred
- Prior toddler or childcare experience preferred
- Passion for working with young children
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements

Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
