Senior Product Manager - Installation and Service Experience

Generac Residential is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape how our dealers install, service, and troubleshoot our products. Your portfolio will include delivering applications, experiences and internal processes with massive daily impact in the lives of thousands of dealers and millions of customers. This position is for you if:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Internalize the user: Develop a deep understanding of installers, service technicians, and our internal service organization. Identify gaps in their workflows, both external and internal, and bring ambitious solutions to the table. 

• Own the strategy: Set the multi-quarter vision for our dealer experience portfolio across solar, storage, and home standby. Drive alignment and earn executive buy-in through compelling communication, clear trade-offs, and decisions that close rather than linger. 

• Build, don't spec: Prototype with AI tools, partner with engineering, design, and functional leaders to shape the solution as it's being built. 

• Own outcomes, not features: Run pilots with real dealers, watch what they do, and iterate fast. Drive relentlessly toward the result you committed to, not the feature you scoped.
