Position Overview:

The Senior Wholesale Project Analyst will support wholesale efforts by creating and implementing analytical tools to support action-oriented reporting and business growth opportunities for the Wholesale Department. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, project management expertise, and a passion for driving sales growth. The position will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance. Additionally, they will manage and oversee various sales-related projects from initiation to completion.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:

·       Sales Analysis:

o   Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within relevant systems (including Headset, BDSA, Leaftrade, Leaflink, etc.).

o   Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) through CRM software and other data points.

o   Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance by product, region, and customer segment.

o   Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.

o   Provide sales teams with insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

·       Project Management:

o   In conjunction with other internal teams and stakeholders, manage and support various sales-related projects such as sales enablement initiatives, product launches, and sales campaigns.

o   Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

o   Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

·       Sales Support:

o   Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposal frameworks.

o   Provide support for additional sales collateral as needed.

§  Examples include Annual Business Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.

o   Support sales teams in forecasting and pipeline management.

    • Execute and record, in CRM, Designated Activities assigned by Wholesale Leadership.

·  Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
•    3 - 5+ years of experience in sales analysis or project management.
•    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
•    Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Experience in CPG industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience in the Cannabis industry.
•    Knowledge of and experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
•    Knowledge of and experience with Headset, BDSA, Leaftrade, Leaflink.

Travel %: 0% - 10%


FLSA status: Exempt
