Sr. Technical Program Manager

The DoubleVerify TechOps team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, capable of managing a portfolio of projects that include numerous transformations of internal systems that span commercial, engineering, and HR. There will also be a focus on bridging the gap between strategic vendors and DV’s product and engineering teams, requiring the ability to think outside the box and seek creative solutions. To succeed in this role you will need to be a great communicator with people of different roles, curious, eager to explore new ways of getting things done, and willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex DV programs and projects across multiple teams, dependencies and locations
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define and decompose project scope, timelines and dependencies
• Act as the hub of communication among multiple stakeholders and teams regarding project and portfolio status and timelines; develop/present reports and dashboards as needed for various audiences (project teams, senior stakeholders) to enable decision making
• Manage and communicate risk across programs, working closely with team members on mitigation plans
• Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to resolve project conflicts and drive consensus on project approach
• Facilitate and manage plans related to UAT, System Integration and Launch planning, as needed
• Work with senior management as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert
• Partner with Engineering leadership to strategize and implement process improvements for engineering teams that drive efficiency and increase engineering happiness
• Examine current best practices and communication within the engineering department and introduce enhancements that provide additional business value
• Support the software capitalization process and R&D reporting requests 
• Build strong relationships throughout the company and with vendors to ensure project and DV success
• Coordinate and be a liaison across sub-projects and dependent project work to ensure project success 
• Mentor engineers and other members of the project management team on project management best practices

Qualifications

• An enthusiasm for working as part of a team and helping to achieve successful project launches
• A proven ability to work effectively with people at all levels, including senior management, engineers, product managers and external stakeholders
• A proactive, hands-on nature that facilitates project and process success
• 5+ years of experience of Program Management experience managing complex technical projects that span multiple teams
• Advanced ability to analyze processes and drive change across an extensive set of project types
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• At ease in front of a variety of audiences with the ability to cater updates to the relevant audience  
• Significant autonomy across projects with the ability to self prioritize against a set of competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• PMP Certification or equivalent practical experience
• CSM certification or equivalent practical experience

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$100,000- $197,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
