Colorado State University Athletics and RevelXP are seeking candidates for an out-of-season internship in the ticket sales department located in Fort Collins, Co. 


The internship program will support full-time staff in maximizing revenue and creating fan experiences for ticketed sporting events such as Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, etc.


This internship is a flexible Monday – Friday and requires work on occasional weekends/gamedays. Schedule will be customized based on CSU Athletic Events.


Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute sales processes
  • Make outbound calls to single game buyers, group buyers, and season ticket members
  • Maintain an organized profile of ticket holders and prospects
  • Research and generate group sales leads in the Ft. Collins/Denver area
  • Gain understanding of sales & marketing strategies 
  • Assist in servicing group ticket holders and other clients
  • Assist the sales staff regarding their clerical duties
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Ticketing 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at a minimum:


  • An interest in Sports and the Sport Industry
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to present themselves well to others
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • At least one year of advanced education working towards a degree
