Join the technology company that’s </span><span>transforming the future of mobility today.</span></p><p><br/><b><span>About this position</span></b></p><p><br/><span>This important Order to Cash Role supports the Business Process from a Systems and Data perspective to </span><span>assure a seamless data information flow from and to our Customers, as well as assuring that all internal and </span><span>external Systems, Data, Label and Document Requirements are met.</span></p><p></p><p><b><i><span>Note: </span> "This role operates on the second shift, with working hours from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM."</i></b></p><p></p><p><b>Your role</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage E2E EDI implementation and connection with our Customers – Inbound and Outbound flow;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify areas for process improvement related to obtaining and establishing System and Data </span><span>requirements for the setup or resolution of EDI connections with customers;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be able to Identify, analyze, and resolve day to day EDI errors and other related OTC SAP system issues;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Determine the necessary mapping logic to translate customer EDI, label, system and document </span><span>requirements for processing in an ERP system (inbound and outbound flow);</span></p></li><li><p><span>Follow-up and communicate with Business Teams, EDI Value Added Networks, 3rd Party Service </span><span>Providers, and Customers;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Automate and monitor the EDI transaction processes to ensure that transactions are processed </span><span>accurately and on schedule, and appropriately follow up on any errors;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Audit data to validate information supplied to/from service providers and trading partners;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create the necessary documentation for new EDI, Label and System mappings and certifications;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Setup and test EDI in an ERP test environment;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develops OTC Systems and Data best practices and standards (for instance, related to EDI, Labels, </span></p></li><li><p><span>Documents and respective processes); </span></p></li><li><p><span>Assure Process Documentation is up to date in EOS.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Background</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor of Science in Technology, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional User in SAP Sales and Distribution Module with 3+ years experience in automotive industry;</span></p></li><li><p><span>2+ years experience working with EDI or in an IT/Systems/Data relevant role in Automotive Customer </span><span>environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong OTC Business systems and data knowledge;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong IT background and good knowledge on mainstream business applications and programming </span><span>languages;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills (verbally/written) and analytical skill set;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good leadership skills and trainer skills; </span></p></li><li><p><span>Good decision making skills and organization skills;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of EDI formats such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VDA, ODETTE</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)</span> </b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Basic knowledge in other SAP Modules (PP, MM)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic knowledge of interfaces between SAP and external systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience typically gained through <span>skills/knowledge/abilities</span> in Analyzing EDI data to identify content </span><span>and/or formatting issues;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience typically gained through <span>skills/knowledge/abilities</span> in reading, formatting, and translating EDI </span><span>data</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why join us?</b></p><ul><li><p>You can grow at Aptiv.
