Raytheon has an immediate opening for two (2) advanced DCMA Engagement Managers to represent Raytheon in the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Engagement primarily with DCMA Special Programs.
We are seeking high performing individuals who will bring skills and work experiences that enable the completion of challenging and complex assignments, with strong relationship management skills and functional expertise in using statistical methods, integration of performance, and prediction of quality in products, services, and associated processes.

These are “On-site” positions and can be located on our sites in Tucson, Arizona, McKinney, Texas, Goleta, California, or El Segundo, California
What You Will Do:
- You will be the primary Point of Contact between QMA Raytheon and DCMA Special Programs (Quality and Engineering leadership and lower levels).
- You will be the voice of Raytheon for DCMA Special Programs and other DCMAs as necessary
- You will collaborate with DCMA to manage and resolve issues as they arise and engage programs and/or other stakeholders as necessary.
- You will act as the DCMA Liaison between all functions internally within Raytheon and customers as necessary.
- You will lead and initiate Collaboration efforts with DCMA to enhance effectiveness.
- You will review all GCARs written to Raytheon by DCMA (all DCMAs), ensuring they are addressed on time and with effective and robust Root Cause and Corrective Action.
- You will be the primary interface with DCMA Special Programs to resolve any issues relating to GCARs.
- You will evaluate GCAR data for trends and identify CORE improvement initiatives to improve performance.
Qualification You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s of Science or Arts and ten (10) years of experience in Quality, Customer Support, or other related fields, with specific experience in the following areas;
- Experience with application of quality management systems and standards
- Experience with application of RCCA principles
- Experience collaborating with customers (internal and external), quality, and key stakeholders across the corporation, business functions and product lines
- Experience performing under stressful conditions with demanding customers and schedules
- Experience working remotely, with minimal supervision, and with other Engineering disciplines
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in DCMA Polices/Manuals, AS9100 and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
- Experience preparing presentations and influential communications for all stakeholders
- Experience building and maintaining effective business relationships with DCMA and DoD customers
- Experience creating and executing strategic plans and innovative ideas to meet business goals
- Experience comprehending and translating external and internal requirements into effective work instructions for various internal functions and customers
- ASQ Certifications
- RCCA Expert or significant RCCA Experience
- Experienced with Common PDM (Windchill), Rshare, PRISM, IPDS and Stages
- Experience with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing Quality/Operations
- Understanding of record management concepts
