<p><strong></strong></p> <p> </p><h2><strong>Join us as a Senior Public Affairs Manager</strong><span><strong> </strong></span><strong>(m/f/d) in our Communication<span lang="EN-US"><span> team</span></span> and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!</strong></h2> <p><span>We are a small team that is responsible for public affairs, PR, internal communications, and </span><span>social media. </span><span>We are currently looking for support in the area of public affairs. In the interdisciplinary </span><br/><span>Communications and Public Affairs department, everyone works together on the success of </span><span>our autonomous mobility solution.</span></p> <h2><strong>What you will do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><span>Develop MOIA’s public-affairs strategy for the national and European levels, and </span><span>define and roll out the key actions.</span></li> <li>Representation of MOIA interests in committee work with local, national, international associations, supervisory authorities, and political institutions.</li> <li>Developing MOIA’s positions on regulatory topics, particularly in the field of autonomous driving, and translating them into practical implementation.</li> <li>Handle requests from cities and municipalities.</li> <li>Attending meetings with representatives at the local, national, and EU levels.</li> <li>Preparing executives for meetings at the highest political level.</li> <li>Prepare complex tech topics — autonomous driving, fleet integration, and MaaS platforms — in a clear and easy-to-grasp way for briefings and meetings at the board level.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What will help you to fulfill your role </strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Several years</strong> of experience, ideally as a <strong>public affairs consultant</strong> or in a corporate public affairs department.</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>German</strong> and <strong>English</strong> at a negotiable level (C1/C2).</li> <li><strong>Professional</strong> experience in <strong>politics</strong>, association work, or the mobility industry.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>knowledge</strong> of the <strong>legislative processes</strong> in Germany and the EU. Knowledge of the international legislative framework is a plus.</li> <li>Ideally, prior knowledge in the area of <strong>new mobility</strong> with a focus on <strong>data</strong>, <strong>digital business models</strong>, and <strong>Autonomous Driving</strong>.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>PowerPoint</strong> skills and actually enjoying building decks are essential.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on</strong> mentality, joy of networking, and Social Media affinity.</li> <li><strong>Openness</strong> to <strong>travel</strong> and participate in evening events.</li> <li>Ideally existing political network on the European level and/or German state and federal politics.</li> <li>Degree, ideally in political science or law.</li> </ul> <p>We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds<em> </em>— even if you don’t meet every requirement.
