Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

 

The main purpose of the role is acting as an independent specialist reviewing and converting Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders, advising, and sourcing suppliers, following up on delivery of goods and services and resolving price and quantity blocks for all invoices. 

 

Senior Specialist supports also Team Manager in workload management and incident management on daily basis.

 

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Reviewing and approving all kinds of PRs
  • Providing support in sourcing for all kind of requests for assigned categories
  • Resolving price and quantity blocks for all invoices
  • Performing internal controls as per design  
  • Writing and updating Work Instructions and any knowledge management files  
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • On-boarding new colleagues   
  • Initiating improvements, participating and leading improvement projects  
  • Performing ad hoc activities 

 

 

Your future team

 

As our Senior Specialist, you will be part of team who consists of around 14 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.

 

 

What you bring to the team

 

  • 1 -2 years of experience in Operational Procurement 
  • Solid knowledge of Operational Procurement processes and systems (knowledge of Ariba is an asset)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable SAP FI & MM modules)
  • English B2 level 
  • Continuous improvement practical experience
  • Procurement courses (is an asset)
  • Higher university degree 
  • Analytical and Solution-Oriented.
  • Collaborative and Relationship-Focused.
  • Adaptable and Detail-Oriented.
