Venue Operations Specialist

The Role

We are continuing to expand our Next Gen Dragon system buildouts to support leagues around the world. Our LA office needs assistance with this project as we produce, test, and ship units worldwide. There is also a potential need to assist with US-based projects as they come up.

Please note, this role requires you to be onsite daily in our Los Angeles Office. 

What You’ll Do:

• Help with inventory management, reporting, including shipment preparation and coordination
• Help with housing build outs and testing the final products before shipping
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues and delays
• Help monitor systems remotely when possible
• Help assist with portable system monitoring and support with matches in Europe

What You Have:

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and follow up abilities
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics
• Familiarity with basic hardware and networking requirements for camera-based systems
• Understanding of venue operations and layouts through experience working in sporting arenas/venues
• Flexibility and mindset to operate in a unique and fast-paced environment
• Capability to set realistic expectations and operate within budgetary constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel periodically to sites  (fluctuates by time of year)
• Ability to travel internationally if necessary
• Availability to work non-traditional hours to support and troubleshoot installations
• Comfortable working at heights when needed
• Must be able to work daily in the Los Angeles office

The base salary range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000. There are a number of factors which affect what the specific pay offer would be for this role, including location, seniority, and relevant educational and working experience. This is base salary only – all full-time roles will also be eligible to take part in Second Spectrum benefits and equity plan, and some roles may be eligible to take part in a bonus plan.
