Outsourced Trading Desk Trading Assistant

The Outsourced Trading Desk Trading Assistant is responsible for the support and management for all Outsourced Trading broker relations and trading integration. The right candidate will be part of the firm’s Outsourced Trading Desk and be client-facing working directly with the firm’s Outsourced Trading clients, directed brokers and third party OMS providers. The right candidate will assist in addressing client inquiries and help drive revenue across our client base.
This individual’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for coordinating all connectivity setups, executing broker relationships, and trading commission schedules
- One of the escalation points for internal Outsourced Trading Desk inquiries and trading issues, reporting into the Head of OTD Continuity
- Client-facing responsibility acting as the relationship manager with each client’s COO on Q&A and setup questions
- Responsible for all third party Order Management System (OMS) implementations for OTD clients
- Assisting the Head of OTD Continuity on direct broker setups (including the coordination of connectivity and documentation)
- Assisting the Head of OTD Continuity with coordinating trading route testing with direct brokers and OTD trading contacts
- Assisting the Head of OTD Continuity with organizing and hosting new client calls with the client and other internal onboarding teams
- Responsible for maintaining blocks, trading rules, fix tags and OTD trading toolbars in the firm’s execution management systems, Eze RealTick
- Work with technology to help address client inquires and drive platform enhancements

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $90,000 - $100,000.
