Job Summary: 

As the Sr. Director of Global Compensation at Reltio, you will serve as the company’s principal advisor and subject matter expert on all global compensation matters. This individual contributor role, situated within the Human Resources team, is responsible for designing, implementing, and continually evolving our global compensation strategies and programs. You will ensure our pay practices are equitable, competitive, and aligned with business objectives—enabling Reltio to attract, retain, and reward top talent worldwide.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead global compensation strategies, policies, and programs that support Reltio’s business goals, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, and executive compensation.
  • Own preparation and administration of Compensation Committee materials, including timelines, analysis, stakeholder coordination, and presentation support in partnership with the Head of Talent.
  • Oversee the design and administration of Reltio’s annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, market pricing, salary structures, pay equity analysis, and compensation planning tools.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable and compliant compensation practices across global jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with local regulations, emerging trends, and organizational values.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure integrated compensation support across hiring, performance management, budgeting, and talent planning processes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives and People leaders on all compensation-related matters, including total rewards design, internal equity, and talent retention.
  • Manage external vendor relationships (e.g., compensation surveys, benchmarking tools, systems providers) to support compensation operations and analysis.
  • Lead compensation compliance efforts, including US FLSA classification, pay transparency, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training, tools, and communications that enable HR and business leaders to make informed, data-driven compensation decisions.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and innovations in compensation to recommend enhancements that improve our ability to compete for top talent.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence reviews for compensation and benefits analysis in preparation for potential merger and acquisition initiatives.

Skills You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in compensation, with deep expertise in global program design, incentive planning, benchmarking, and compensation operations.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation, equity programs, and regulatory compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
