Senior Project Manager, Product (US)

They plan, manage, lead, price, challenge, and innovate to ensure flawless execution while balancing client success with agency business outcomes.</p> <p>As a Senior Project Manager, you will run projects independently or under the leadership of Program Directors, while working closely with clients and internal teams to successfully deliver solutions. You will have a leadership role in balancing creative and technical ambition with business objectives, ensuring high-quality project delivery.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead projects from initiation through launch, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, budget, and quality expectations.</li> <li>Own day-to-day project management activities, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and workstreams moving forward.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted client partner, leading regular communication and building strong relationships throughout engagements.</li> <li>Balance creative and technical ambition with business objectives to deliver high-quality solutions.</li> <li>Drive delivery against contracted scope while maintaining financial health and supporting project profitability.</li> <li>Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and escalate issues when needed to keep projects on track.</li> <li>Communicate project plans, status, dependencies, and key decisions to clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.</li> <li>Partner with discipline leads to estimate resources, manage staffing plans, and align teams to project needs.</li> <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and positivity across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging processes, driving operational excellence, and helping teams deliver their best work.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of product development and ways of working, with the ability to apply best practices and mentor junior Project Managers.</li> <li>Proven ability to independently, yet love working with your teams and clients.</li> <li>AI is an integral part of how you work and get things done.</li> <li>Ownership of complex projects or workstreams from kickoff through launch.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.</li> <li>Confidence leading client conversations and managing stakeholder expectations.</li> <li>Strong understanding of resource planning, staffing, and project fin
