We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Irving, TX.
The coordinator performs sophisticated administrative support and technical program assistance work. This work involves disseminating information, maintaining filing systems, and performing internal administrative support. The coordinator works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
This is an office-based position that offers a hybrid schedule. The office is in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Project timeline management for North Texas events.
- Project management of event collateral and signage.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and process contracts.
- Supply ordering and tracking management.
- Event vendor scheduling and communications, including contract and invoice processing and vendor database management.
- Event videographer and photographer booking and management, including photo shoot list creation and post-event photo organization.
- Day of event assistance to the Director of Events and point of contact to vendors.
- Assistance in social media content creation and event toolkits.
- Inventory management of marketing communications files and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Communications Director.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant experience in providing marketing, administrative, or event planning support.
- Knowledge of Sprinklr, Canva, Animoto, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Meeting and event management, including set-up, Outlook invitations, catering, and logistics, is preferred.
- Knowledge of business letter writing format preferred.
- Ability to travel within the DFW area occasionally for event prep and event attendance.
