Salesforce Administrator/Developer

As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will play a key role at Sinch. We are looking for an expert Salesforce professional to collaborate with our technology and business partners to analyze our internal processes, design, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions for specific business requirements. Our Salesforce instance is essential to our organization’s success, therefore you should always keep the org-wide platform health in mind when designing and developing new solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive and passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvements of our Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• High proficiency with Salesforce configuration and development. Creative problem solver, anticipates problems, and develops solutions with little to no supervision or direction needed.
• The main focus of this hybrid role is Salesforce.com configuration, with secondary responsibilities in code customization and architectural design.
• Work on sophisticated business and technical problems, analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement.
• Partner with team and collaborators to develop and support SFDC custom solutions, while keeping operational excellence in mind
• Design and implement new methods, procedures, and systems (config and/or code) to improve the productivity, processing, and flow of information with end users
• Provide consultative services to partners and team members
• Act as a concern point for issues and contribute positively to the success of the team in a fast paced environment
• Build effective multi-functional relationships
• Innovative and demonstrates intellectual curiosity

Requirements

• Passionate about learning and growing in a Salesforce career, deep knowledge of Salesforce.com ecosystem, and an inclination to apply that knowledge
• Proven knowledge of out of box declarative tools, automations, and data loader
• Experience with Apex, Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages including SOQL, Visual Force, LWC, and other tools
• Knowledge of automated processes Flow Builder
• Knowledge of security concepts (authentication, encryption) and Experience sites.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team with staff of varying levels of technical expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Certifications desired: SFDC Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or another quantitative field
• Equivalent work experience with comparable application and software development experience – this includes completed Salesforce Certifications, Salesforce Super Badges, Trailhead badges

The annual starting salary for this position is between $104,800 - $137,550. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
