Job Overview

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director, Web Projects Manager, and Web Content Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple digital properties. These include platforms like Salesforce, Sitecore, WordPress, BrightEdge, Gather Content, Centralpoint, .NET, iOS, and Android applications. This role is vital in supporting philanthropic campaigns, patient acquisition, healthcare provider education, and Shriners International member recruitment through our digital channels.

We seek a collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, grammatical, and proofreading skills and the technical ability to support our digital experience platforms. Experience with content management systems, automation tools, analytics, data management platforms, and web marketing tools is required.

This hybrid remote position requires periodic attendance at department meetings, collaborative project meetings, and onsite events as assigned.

Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members and other staff as needed.
  • Manage and support content development for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Ensure content adheres to accuracy, style guidelines, and SEO best practices; make necessary copy edits.
  • Support content creation utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Assist in developing and updating web pages using various CMS tools.
  • Support the creation of landing pages and personalization components to enhance digital advertising campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and cloud-based applications used to achieve various marketing objectives.
  • Manage and support digital marketing projects and campaigns from concept through implementation.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Report project timelines, benchmarks and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Integrate various digital marketing applications to streamline workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement and maintain integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to application integrations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Report on campaign performance and support data management practices.
  • Use data and insights to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Project Manager to develop and execute social media strategies
